SUMMARY OF THE BIG PICTURE OF GOD’S PLAN TO A THOUSAND GENERATIONS

Back to Alphabetical Index | Back to Chapter Index

Many have correctly understood the overall flow of prophetic events in God’s master plan but have not understood God’s plan is to a 1,000 generations. Notice the three scriptures that state this fact.

Dt. 7:9: Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

1 Chron. 16:15: Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;
16: Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac;

Ps. 105:8: He hath remembered his covenant forever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
9: Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

It is well known that God’s plan is shown in the heavenly zodiac from beginning to end, a period of nearly 26,000 years from its start to its completion. God set this witness in the heavens from the time of creation. Through God’s revelation in the study of the Great Pyramid of Giza, it can be shown that the base diagonal of the Great Pyramid of 25,827 inches likely represents the total length of God’s plan in years. This coincides with and gives us the exact or nearly exact length of God’s plan to a 1,000 generations.

The Great Pyramid is God’s chronograph in stone of his plan and reveals much detail. Isa 19:19-20 contains a direct reference to this monument placed in Egypt as a sign and a witness to mankind since its construction sometime before the great flood of Noah’s time.

Isa 19:19-20: In that day there shall be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar (Hebrew “Matstsebah,” correctly translated monument) at the border thereof to the Lord. And it shall be for a sign, and for a witness unto the Lord of Hosts in the land of Egypt.

This Great Pyramid text from scripture, in the original Hebrew language, contains 30 words. In Hebrew, the letters of the alphabet were used as arithmetic figures; thus every word is also a row of figures yielding the Hebrew text as a numeric value. The text of Isa 19:19-20 has a numeric value of 5,449, which is also the exact height of the Great Pyramid in pyramid inches. For many more undeniable proofs that God designed the Great Pyramid, see Chapter One of the book entitled “Study in Pyramidology” by E. Raymond Capt, copyright 1986 by Artisan Sales.

The Festival Plan Relationship

The knowledge and understanding of God’s master plan, as shown in the annual festivals, also appears to have a valid application here. Therefore an overview of the meaning of each of the annual observances/festivals will help clarify the understanding of God’s plan to a thousand generations.

Remember, 1 Cor 15:20-26 tells us that God’s plan of salvation has a particular order and that various groupings of mankind have their opportunity for salvation at differing times within the plan.

Passover

Passover is the most important ceremony observed by the elect of God today, because it is a yearly reminder of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for each individual’s sins. Passover today also pictures the beginning of God’s plan for the salvation of humanity. It should be noted that Jesus Christ fulfilled the Passover rituals in exact detail as the Lamb of God. Chapters 20 through 43 of this book will address this observance in detail.

Festival of Unleavened Bread

The significance of the seven-day Festival of Unleavened Bread for the children of God today is clear. It is a continuation of the spiritual process that began with the observance of the Passover service.

One of the great lessons of this festival is that of becoming and remaining sinless. Remaining in a sinless (unleavened) condition is a lifelong process during which a person must grow toward spiritual maturity (true righteousness). This process only ends when one reaches the end of their life in the human form. Chapters 44 through 48 of this book will address this festival in detail.

Festival of Pentecost

On this festival day, the begettal spirit of the Sovereign Father, the spirit of Christ, and the Father’s personal spirit were placed within those whom the Father chose to become the first sons of his new creation.

Also, the place where God chose to be worshiped was transferred from the Temple at Jerusalem to temples of flesh within the elect, which is evidenced by the tongues of fire and the miracle of languages for preaching the Father’s good news message. Since this Pentecost, the earthly temple of God and the place where his presence has dwelled is within his children wherever they are on this earth.

Further, the New Covenant was established with the children of God and they became the holy place on earth where God the Father and Jesus Christ meet with those who are called to salvation.
The resurrection of the righteous dead (the first resurrection) of those that have been justified and saved through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ will happen on a Pentecost in fulfillment of the harvest of first fruits. Chapters 49 through 54 of this book address this festival in detail.

Festival of Trumpets

Although the Festival of Trumpets foretells much death and destruction, it is to be a joyous celebration, because out of the terrible events that are announced by the sounding of the trumpets of death, destruction, and war will come the trumpet announcement that signals the return of Jesus Christ as the King of kings and Lord of lords.

With Christ’s return and the establishment of the Kingdom of God here on earth, humanity will enter into a time of unparalleled peace and prosperity in which they will be given an opportunity to know and love God the Father and Jesus Christ. Chapter 55 of this book addresses this festival in detail.

Day of Atonement

There is a high likelihood that the fulfillment of the Day of Atonement, picturing reconciliation of mankind to God, is an ongoing process after Christ’s return, until the entire world is reconciled and Satan no longer has any further opportunity to deceive mankind. Only after the meaning of the Day of Atonement is accomplished can there be complete peace on the earth, which is portrayed in the Festival of Shelters and Ingathering for seven prophetic days.

The major lessons of the Day of Atonement are:
       -God wants to dwell with his people and commune with them.
       -The violation of God’s law causes a breach between God and humanity.
       -God will not dwell where there is a condition of sin, whether this sin is physical impurity or spiritual and moral impurity.
       -It is impossible to obtain total forgiveness for sin through the sacrificial blood of animals but only through the blood of Jesus Christ.

The children of God are reconciled to God through the blood of Christ, repentance, and baptism, and they have the presence of God dwelling within them through the holy spirit. Because of this, they are kept in a continual condition of righteousness and purity before God the Father and Jesus Christ.
Chapters 56 through 62 of this book address the observance of the Day of Atonement in detail.

The Seven Day Festival of the Seventh Month

The seven-day festival in the seventh month is clearly referred to by two separate names. It is called the Festival of Booths/Shelters and the Festival of Ingathering. A distinct and separate prophetic and symbolic meaning of this festival is revealed through each of these names.

The prophetic meaning of the Festival of Booths/Shelters has to do with dwelling in a sheltered condition after the return of Christ when Israel will again be established as a nation under the sheltering care and protection of God.

Dwelling in shelters also points to the eternal reward, which will be given to all who exhibit righteous and diligent service to God: eternal life and a dwelling place within the Family and Kingdom of God under the care and protection of God the Father.

The second prophetic meaning is the Festival of Ingathering, which denotes the completion of God’s plan for the salvation of humanity. This seven-day festival is prophetic of a grand and glorious celebration that will take place with God the Father and Jesus Christ, after the great spiritual harvest (ingathering) of humanity, which will occur after the return of Christ and the establishment of the Kingdom of God on the earth.

During this great spiritual harvest of humanity, this festival celebration will continue from year to year until the harvest of humanity is finished at the end of a thousand generations. Those who will live during this time will rejoice in anticipation of their being gathered into the Family and Kingdom of God. Chapters 63 through 66 of this book address this festival in detail.

Festival of the Eighth Day

The seven-day Festival of Shelters/Ingathering is followed by another festival that is simply noted as The Eighth Day. It is a mistake to assume that this day is just an ending to the previous seven-day Festival. The Eighth Day has its own separate and distinct meaning within God’s plan for the salvation of humanity.

With the harvest of humanity into the Kingdom of God completed, there will only be two major prophetic events left to be fulfilled:
       -The resurrection to death for all the incorrigibly wicked humans who have ever lived.
       -The coming of God the Father to claim the kingdom that he has placed under the rule and care of Jesus Christ.

This festival pictures and celebrates the consummation of God’s plan for physical humanity. The old physical order will be gone, the new spiritual order will have begun, and God the Father will have increased his family and kingdom by adding spirit children made in his likeness both in image and character.

This festival also prophetically celebrates the coming of the Father to earth with the New Jerusalem thus establishing it as his headquarters for eternity. Chapters 67 through 69 of this book address this festival in detail.

Summary of Events

The overall flow of prophetic events in this study begins with Christ’s return as the conquering King to reign on the earth for a thousand years with the Elect assisting him. During that period, Israel is built as a model nation and many Abramic gentiles will also be servants there, thus learning God’s ways and becoming converted. They likely will be sent out to evangelize the Abramic nations during that thousand-year period. Note that the earth as a whole does not yet have total peace.

At the end of the thousand years, Satan is loosed to deceive the nations, primarily those comprising non-Abramic gentiles, and to gather them to battle. This results in God crushing them, Satan being restrained until his final destruction, and then evangelism of the remaining gentile world over a considerable period of time. Only then can there be a time of peace throughout the entire world, the time of the fulfillment of the seven prophetic days of the Festival of Shelters and Ingathering.

After peace has been established on the earth, this is the most likely time for national Israel of Ezekiel 37 to be resurrected to live again and have their opportunity for salvation. It is also the time, as the seventh prophetic day of that Festival begins, that all of the gentile dead who have not had an opportunity for salvation, will be resurrected to live again.

When the seven prophetic days of the Festival of Shelters and Ingathering draws toward a close, then the final resurrection of the incorrigible dead occurs and they are destroyed in the Lake of Fire. Satan will also be destroyed and his demons destroyed forever. The heavens and the earth are purified by fire, preparing the way for God the Father to bring his throne and the New Jerusalem to the new earth, fulfilling the Festival of the Eighth Day.

This entire sequence, from Christ’s return as the King of kings until God the Father brings his throne down to the new earth, spans a time period of about 19,827 years, which represents approximately 768 generations out of the thousand generations total. From the creation of Adam and Eve to the return of Christ represents only about 6,000 years (about 232 generations). It seems that life spans are much longer after Christ’s return, perhaps up to a thousand years, and that marriage and procreation continues for mankind. Included are those of the resurrections of national Israel and the great gentile dead.

Summary Timeline and Events Table

Let’s now examine the flow of prophetic events from the Bible beginning with the return of Jesus Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords. The attached Summary Timeline and Table of Events chart is intended to help clarify the detailed study that follows.

Please understand that the exact timing of events is uncertain whereas the events themselves will surely happen. The prophetic length of the seven days of the Festival of Shelters/Ingathering is an assumption based on the biblical importance of the number 2520 years (a prophetic seven times) and the significance of the Jubilee cycles fitting the 360 degrees of the heavenly zodiac cycle. Please focus more upon events rather than exact timing.
